  1. Version 1.0 Build 19Latest build

    The journal, chat and travelers

    New features

    • Twelve illustrated cards to start a conversation: nearby cinemas, bakeries, car washes and other places.
    • A contact picker to find an email address when inviting a traveler.

    Improvements and fixes

    • Better recovery of the original photo date and time, including without full Photos access. Dates can also be recovered for previously imported photos when metadata is available.
    • Photos taken less than 30 minutes apart are grouped in a grid. A gap of 30 minutes or more starts a new group.
    • A refreshed traveler view with animated avatars and clearer invitation status.

    Trip chat is still in beta. On-device conversation requires a device compatible with Apple Intelligence; place search requires an internet connection.

    • A travel assistant with illustrated cards to start a conversation.
    • Search for places, open their details and add them to your trip.
    • Suggestions for arranging visits across several days.

    An easier way to join a trip

    Improvements and fixes

    • Invitations open the shared trip directly, without onboarding or creating a new suitcase.
    • Improved iCloud sync when switching accounts or test versions.
    • Refined iPad layouts and maps centered on the exact stay address.

    Shared trips

    New features

    • Invite a traveler using another iCloud account and confirm their profile in the trip.
    • Share packing lists, the journal, photos and documents across devices.

    Invitations created in a development build need to be renewed for TestFlight testing.

    • Spatial photos appear directly in the timeline, with a soft white fade and motion-responsive viewing.

    • A white plan selection screen with larger illustrations and a seven-feature carousel.
    • Full-width cards, with the annual plan first.

    • Photos, places, activities, notes and expenses together in a chronological timeline.
    • A trip map and spending by day and category, with separate totals for each currency.

    • A Liquid Glass mini-player to control your playlist after closing its screen.
